How Oncue Labs collects, manages, and protects operational information, event checkpoints, and user telemetry.
1. Information We Collect
Oncue Labs collects information necessary to execute live event operations and provide mission control checkpoint synchronization. This includes:
- Contact details provided in project briefs (Name, Email, Phone, Organization).
- Event operational parameters (Date, venue, attendance volume, required scopes).
- User account credentials (salted & hashed) when cloud checkpoint backup is activated.
- First-touch attribution markers (UTM campaign parameters) to measure inquiry sources.
2. Cookies & Analytics Consent
We use essential local storage to remember your theme preference (Dark/Light) and event checklist progression. Optional analytics scripts are only initialized after explicit acceptance via our cookie consent banner. You may decline analytics at any time without impacting core operational tools.
3. Data Retention & Security
Production data and incident records are retained exclusively for the duration of the event lifecycle and post-event debrief. We do not sell or monetize personal or organizational information. All transmissions are encrypted using standard TLS protocols.
