Terms of Service
Operational engagement protocols, equipment procurement terms, safety boundaries, and client responsibilities for Oncue Labs live productions.
1. Scope of Engagement & Operational Coordination
Oncue Labs provides professional event operations, production coordination, technical logistics, and crisis mitigation services across Bangladesh. Engagement scopes, milestones, and deliverable schedules are defined in agreed project briefs or approved digital quotations. Any modifications to the agreed run-of-show timing or site layout must be confirmed in writing with our designated Oncue operations lead.
2. Safety Boundaries & Statutory Authorities
Oncue Labs acts as an operational coordination and management entity. Our technical services and on-ground presence do not replace statutory fire safety personnel, emergency medical paramedics, certified law enforcement, or municipal civil defense authorities. The client remains responsible for securing official municipal venue permissions, sound decibel clearances, and necessary government NOCs (No Objection Certificates) unless procurement of such permits is explicitly contracted within the scope.
3. Equipment Procurement & Wholesale Estimations
Estimates generated via the Oncue Cost Calculator reflect audited wholesale rates in Dhaka. Final supplier contracts, equipment availability, and delivery schedules are confirmed upon quotation issuance. The client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access for stage rigging, audio-visual load-in, electrical generator placement, and technical crew operations during the designated production windows.
4. Oncue Response & Crisis Management Protocols
In the event of weather disruptions, electrical failover situations, or venue bottlenecks, the Oncue Response team executes predetermined contingency trees to safeguard attendees, equipment, and production continuity. The client authorizes the designated Oncue operational commander to take immediate preventive measures (including generator failover activation or stage hold calls) when structural integrity or physical safety is compromised.
5. Payment Terms, Revisions & Force Majeure
Production mobilization requires advance mobilization fees as stipulated in the formal quotation. In the event of force majeure events (including severe monsoon floods, national security curfews, or municipal cancellations beyond the parties' control), both parties will negotiate in good faith to reschedule or reconcile committed vendor costs without punitive damages.
